The Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles (10-0) and ranked #5 in this week's FCS poll travel up from Cookville to Lexington to take on the Kentucky Wildcats (4-5). The Cats are playing well of late having won 2 in a row. As of now the game is only going to be on the SEC Network+ with a 1:30pm kick. The Cats will have to come ready to play and not be looking ahead to the last 2 games vs. Vandy and Louisville. Go Cats!!

    Auburn and Florida wins are behind us.  Tennessee Tech going to be a bigger challenge than Big Blue Nation is expecting.  Don’t get caught in the trap.

    UK 31-17. Cats give up a late score, but UK is playing their best football right now. Cats get to .500

    I disagree. Tennessee Tech hasn't played anybody with a pulse. 

    UK wins big again, 42-10.

    I think Tennessee Tech is going to come in confident, and Kentucky can't come in lethargic. They have to set the tone early, and I think they will.

    The Cats take their opening drive and have an impressive 11 play 88-yard drive that took 6:37 after their defense got a 3 and out to start the game and led 7-0 with 6:55 left in the first quarter.

    Cats defense get another 3 and out and will take over for their 2nd drive at their own 41 yard line.

    Cats taking control of this one early. The 2nd drive ends with a Cutter Boley 30-yard run and led Tennessee Tech 14-0 with still 2:24 left in the first quarter.

    The Cats turn a Tech interception into 7 points and go up now 21-0 with 3:46 left in the first half.

    Tennessee Tech gets on the board with a 8 yard touchdown on a 4th and 4 to make it now 21-6 with 1:18 to play in the first half.

    McGowan gets his 3rd rushing touchdown of the game and the Cats go back up by 21 at 28-7 with :19 seconds left in the half. Also, the Cats will get the ball to begin the 2nd half.

    Tennessee Tech picks up a FG to make it now 28-10 Cats with just over 9 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.
