So here we go. 7-0 Taylor County vs District 2 foe, (4-3)John Hardin. Two teams that run first. Taylor County has rushed for 1607 yards on the season and split the rushing duties between SRs Braxtyn Abren and Rex Parkey.
John Hardin has rushed for 1996 yards on the season, led by Mr Football Nominee Cavalli Pittman with 1175 yards on the season.
Whichever team can slow down the other teams rushing attack and win the turnover battle wins this game.
John Hardin’s defense has improved during the season but not enough to stop the Cardinal offense. Taylor County should be able to get down field and make some plays thru the passing game on the Bulldogs secondary.
My Prediction:

Taylor County 34

John Hardin 21

Taylor by two touchdowns.
