Owensboro Catholic comes off a impressive win over Bardstown 59-30. 

Meade County has yet to win a game. Can they welcome the Aces and get a win?

In the game on Friday, Meade County gave up 164 rushing yards and 147 passing yards enroute to a 37-7 defeat at the hands of the Collins Titans. In this game , a difference maker in the backfield, FB Cruz Redmon was injured and will be out an unspecified amount of time. There were also 2 other injuries to Meade County players during this physical game that could result in missed playing time. RB Wyatt Rainey has slowly evolved as a QB for this Team in the absence of QB Ethan Jolly due to injuries ands WR Grayson Heiner is a dynamic receiver with speed and Meade County needs to find a way to get him the ball more. 

Meade County is going to need to keep an eye on Number 22 from Owensboro Catholic who has the potential to take over a game on Both sides of the ball. Dremail Carothers is a dynamic QB for the Aces who can make plays with his feet and thru the air.

After seeing both of these teams play this season, I give a distinct advantage to the Aces. This one has the potential to be a running clock. 

My Prediction: Owensboro Catholic 42 Meade County 14

What if DreMail Carothets can’t play?

Meade County has no chance to pull out a victory in this matchup if Carrothers plays or not. The Aces might want to rest him in this one. He will not be needed.

I saw Coach Morris' son play in their JV game vs BG and he looked great.

I'd give him the playing time to get some varsity experience, as all our teams are one play away from needing a back up player.

Meade has only scored 21 points in 5 games.  Not good.  With more injuries, I don't see this going well for them.  My question is can they score 14 points, the most they have scored in a game this season?  We'll see.

Catholic will run it down their throats.
