The optimistic fan in me says four, the reasonable fan says two, and T fan in me says one. 

I think this week is an important test for X and will give us a much better idea about their chances.  Ryle is going to have to get healthy, stay healthy, and play better.  South Warren is a bit of an unknown but I don't think they have the talent to win it all and definitely not enough to beat T and X in back to back weeks.

Isn't this the year that X and Manual's district is sister district with T and Ballard? So if Manual were to beat X in regular season, we get T and X 2nd round?

No, X & Manual’s district are paired with Male & BE’s district this year.  T & Ballard’s district are paired with Ryle’s district.
