The Racers survived the Oxford region and will travel to Durham for a showdown with the Blue Devils.

On ESPN they were calling them Mur and Murr, lol.

Not a deep talent pool on the college baseball commentating front with the Worldwide Leader. It was a rough listen.

Racers even it after rolling up 19 runs today. They'll play tomorrow with the winner going to the CWS!

GO RACERS!

Our Racers!

Let's do this, boys!

Rooting for the Racers the game is getting ready to start currently on ESPN. GO RACERS!!

The Racers start the game with a leadoff homer by Hogart his 8th leadoff homer of the season. Racers led 1-0 in the top of the first inning!

The Racers plate another run after a double by Garner and then a single by Decker to put Murray up 2-0 with one out and runners on 1st and 2nd still in the top of the first.

The Racers had a shot to put even more runs on the board as they had the bases loaded with only 1 out but a strikeout and a ground out ends the top of the first Murray leading 2-0 and the Dukies coming to bat.

Duke answer back with 1 run. Murray leads 2-1 after 1 inning.

Duke took the lead 3-2 in the bottom of the 4th but the Racers have tied it in the top of the 7th on Hogart's 2nd homer of the game to tie it at 3.

4-3 Murray in the 8th.

The Racers have taken the lead in the top of the 8th on, yet another solo home run this one by Mistone. Murray State takes the lead back at 4-3. IF they can get 6 more outs they are heading to Omaha!
