According to Twitter the game is this Thursday?

This Thursday and no “to do” about it. What a shame. I know the daily paper has gone the way of the Dodo but there is zero talk on social media.

I do think this is a nice event. But it's just not that big of a deal outside of the players and families participating. It's not a collection of the top players, as many of those who are continuing their career choose not to play. There's no real rivalry at play...I know some states (at least the one where I'm from divides the teams by North and South and the two regions really don't like each other). Plus you've got family vacations, graduations and a ton of other things going on. I'm not really sure what can be done to promote it better or make it a bigger event.

Simon Kenton has 5 playing.

QB Brady Lee

LB Aven Bohns

LB Josh Rector

OL Preston McCauley

OL Cooper Cahill

The game is this Thursday of you want to get your football fix. Should be a good time.
