Whew!!  Wow, so close to opening up the state tournament in a big way.

As I said previously, such a shame, Rockets would have won 12 or so regions, but alas, came up just short in their own region.

On a side note ~

Assumption's Kovatch has an impressive resume as a player and coach. Indiana commit Ashlinn James is back next year, so I'm looking for the Rockets to be in the hunt.

The Valkyries will continue to do Valkyrie things. Lots to look forward to in the 7th.

Down three and at the line with 2.1 seconds, why make the second free throw? Especially when Assumption was getting all the boards at the end.
