Congrats to the Mustangs, just survive and advance.

Two down and two to go. : )

10th Region has the best fans by far. I love this region. The best basketball region in this state by far.:thumb:

As an 8th region basketball fan, I still have to say congrats to Coach Jones, his boys and the Wildcat faithful. I am sure that this one was a tough loss for you all. So many people counted you all out on the prediction thread, but you proved that you all are a force to be reckoned with. Sorry that your "A" run came up short.

The Raiders will see you Tuesday night in Warsaw.

The student body should have been pretty good considering they were off today. But I don't know, was anyone at the game. Could you please inform us...

Both teams had a good crowd with Gallatin having about two thirds of the fans. The Brossart student body were in full swing. Good crowd. Good game. If it sounded sloppy just play against the defense these two teams played tonight. Brossart controlled the tempo and they got a nice win over a very determined Gallatin team. Good luck to them Sat. and Sun.

Congrats to the Mustangs on making it to the semi-finals!

Close game the whole way. Brossart's biggest lead may have been 6 points with Gallatin leading by 2-3 in the 4th quarter.

Jimmy Uebel was recognized as player of the game.

Good luck the rest of the way!

Let's go 'Stangs! Keep representing the 10th well.

Missed the other thread that had already been started.

Brossart ran out to a 10-2 lead, but after that it never got beyond 5 or so the rest of the way. I think Gallatin might have had a 3 point lead at one point in the 2nd half. Not the most artistic game ever played, but great effort by both teams!! Good team effort by the Mustangs tonight!!

I thought that Neimeyer would have got this. He played a very nice game for the 'Stangs of Alexandria. Way to represent your community!:thumb:

Niemeyer had a good game, as did all of his teammates. Jimmy played his heart out and also played a very nice game.

Good showing by the Wildcats! Wish I could've made it up to Richmond to watch earlier today.

One of those games where several could have been named POTG--Great TEAM effort by the Mustangs tonight!! Also found out after the game both these kids were sick throughout and still managed to perform well--Very gutty performances by both kids!! :thumb:

Hat's off to Nate Edmundson tonight as well--He almost single handedly willed his team to victory in the 4th quarter!! Gallatin may have something to say about the 8th region title before its over with!!

Congrats to Brossart and kudos to the Wildcats on a nice run.

I would have to disagree with you,We had a lot more fans there than Brossart. We are so proud of our team, Maybe we will see you again next year, good luck in the rest of the tournament Brossart!!!

From an LCA fan, I was pulling for Gallatin, and I still wish them the best in the future. I was very impressed by their fan support. There was so much BLUE, I thought Kentucky took the court. In fact, doesn't Gallatin County's warm ups remind you of Kentucky's 1978 Championship Team warm ups? I probably am repeating old news on that topic though.
