Congrats to Cam O’Hara!

 

I think this is a great choice by Cam O’Hara. WKU traditionally always has good offenses, plus most likely would have a chance to play early on in his career.

Solid choice. Adding to what @futurecoach said above, WKU is an offensively focused team with the current staff. They have a winnable schedule (LSU will be tough in 2025) in a winnable conference. Most importantly, I can see him getting early reps in 3-4 games his Frosh year and still redshirting then being ready to challenge for more time in his 2 and/or 3rd season. 

In addition, he can now focus on his senior season as well as getting bigger and stronger for the next level without the distraction of making his college decision.

Congrats Cam! Seems like a great opportunity for him.

I think he's pretty easily the top NKY QB in the last decade or so. Excited to follow his college career. 

Wow, that is great news for the young man!  Has to be a big relief for him.

I've been a WKU fan my whole life so happy for another great QB to come and better yet one from Kentucky.

He reminds me a little of Caden Veltcamp from South Warren who went to WKU; waited his turn and in the 2023 Famous Toastery Bowl, he came in for relief and threw for 383 yards and five touchdowns in a comeback overtime win over Old Dominion.
