Padres looking to sweep the Braves led 5-1 in the 4th inning.

The Brewers go long ball in the bottom of the 8th with a solo homer and a 2-run homer to lead the Mets now 5-3 going to the top of the 9th.

The Brewers even the series at 1-1 with a come from behind 5-3 win over the Mets. The deciding game will be in Milwaukee tomorrow at 8:30pm on ESPN2.

Padres oust the Braves.  5-4 final in game 2

Padres sweep the Braves with a 5-4 win tonight and they will take on the Dodgers starting Sat. at 8:38pm on FS1.

Braves going out was a mercy killing. I’m disappointed the season is over but honestly, I’m also not. I’ve never seen a team take so many injuries in a single year. 

The third and deciding game of the Mets and Brewers wild card series is on ESPN tonight at 7:00pm the winner goes to Philly.

The Brewers get back-to-back solo homers from Bauers and Frelick to led 2-0 after 7 innings.

The Mets are amazing like in 1969 with one out and two on Alanso hits a 3-run homer to put the Mets up 3-2 on the Brewers with 1 out in the 9th inning.

The Mets pickup another insurance run in the top of the 9th to led 4-2 now with still two outs in the top of the 9th.

Mets come back to beat the Brewers 4-2 and win the series and move on to face the Phillies.

Somewhat shocking to think the Ohtani has never played in a playoff game. Baseball is maybe the one sport that could happen in. Even more shocking when think Ohtani and Trout played together for 6 years or so and never made the playoffs.

Guardians win game one of their division series with the Tigers 7-0. They do not play again until Monday at 4:08pm.
