In game 5 this afternoon and into the evening the Mets defeat the Dodgers 12-6 to make it now 3-2 Dodgers as the game moves back to LA for game 6 on Sunday night at 8:08pm.

The Yankees defeated the Guardians 8-6 to now led the series 3-1 and can close out Cleveland tomorrow night in Cleveland at 8:08pm.

Guardians plate a run in the second.  1-0 Cleveland headed to the third.

Cleveland adds another in the 5th.  2-0 Guardians onto the 6th.

Stanton with a 2 run blast in the top of the sixth to tie it.

2-2 in the bottom of the 6th.

The Yanks win the ALCS 4-1 over the Guardians with a 5-2 win tonight in 10 innings. The Yankees will await the winner of the Mets and Dodgers series in the World Series that will start on Friday, Oct. 25th. The Dodgers can win the NLCS with a win tomorrow the first pitch is at 8:08pm in LA.

Dodgers led the Mets 2-1 after 2 innings.

Dodgers get 4 in the bottom of the 3rd and now are in control leading 6-1.

Mets get 2 in the top of the 4th to cut the Dodger led down to 6-3.

Dodgers win the NL pennant, 10-5
