Huge district game this week between the Indians and Scotties. Adair comes in 5-0 after a tough 36-30 win at Monroe County last week. Glasgow enters 3-2 after a 23-7 loss to rival Barren County. Glasgow has owned this matchup In previous years. Adair will be led by Lane Grant who rushed for 200 yards and threw for 230 yards vs Monroe. WR Solomon Stonebraker is also a big threat for the Indians as he had over 200 receiving yards vs Monroe. Adair has been employing a 2 QB system a lot with QB Easton Jessie out with injury. Glasgow has really had success running the football until last week against Barren, though do it all player Jerrick Martin did have a solid game. RB Kameron Bulle went out with injury late though and hes their lead tailback so be interesting to see his availability for the game. Should be a very big crowd as I hear it is Homecoming/LL Night for Glasgow.

Assuming there is one, what is the timetable on Jessie to return? 

Should be a good game I think Glasgow will be fine against the pass as they have a very talented group in the defensive backfield. However they have struggled against big strong offensive lines and especially mobile quarterbacks which concerns me. It’s hard to know how their offense will perform they’ve moved it well at times but have trouble getting lined up correctly with a ton of illegal formation penalties and several mishandled snaps. They have gotten into the opponents territory with a lot of red zone trips getting zero points. I think if they could eliminate the penalties and the wasted downs with mishandled snaps they could be pretty good offensively. They both had close games against the only opponent they have in common with Monroe so I think it will be a close game but in order to win I think Glasgow needs to play mistake free.

Think Bulle will be able to play? Looked like he was not putting weight on foot when came off Friday. Also expecting some rain so could be a run oriented game for most part.

I’ve not really heard anything these coaches are really tight lipped about injuries you normally don’t find out till the pre game show.

Probably a good idea since their predicting 2-4 inches of rain and over 50mph winds.

QB Easton Jessie is warming up for the Indians. Seems like he may try to give it a go with a big brace even after his knee injury.

Wow Bulle and Martin both out for Glasgow and Jessie playing for Adair that seems like a lot for Glasgow to overcome.

Adair runs the opening kickoff back for a touchdown. 7-0 Adair 11 seconds into the game.

14-0 Adair County Solomon Stonebraker with both touchdowns. 

14-7 Adair later in the first half. Lane Grant has gone out with an injury early in the second quarter.
