Modern spread game. A pro style I think incorporates a lot more tight end, fullback, multiple formations. Watching them and anticipation for this year I think they will be 4 wide with a back like a modern spread/power spread.

It seems that the Beechwood fans have high expectations for the season. Most everyone agrees this game shouldn't be close. If it's close will it cause any concern as far as to how good this team is?

I think Beechwood will win but I am expecting a competitive game.   With that said, I do have very high expectations in 2A this year but we all need to see what happens the first two or three weeks before any of us get carried away.

High expectations for the 2024 Tigers that have been tempered by the scrimmages.

A close win or loss against Pulaski County increases my concerns from the scrimmages.

In 5A, I would start Beechwood at #6. Calpreps.com slots Beechwood at #8 in their preseason rankings.

I fully expect Pulaski to be competitive. There has been a lot of talk about Pulaski O Line, and I am ready to see how they hold up tonight. Let the Burns Era begin!
