LBJ switched to Coach K after K coached him in the Olympics. Haven't heard or seen one mention of him and Cal since then.

The scary part for the Lakers is this past season, where they spent most of the season on the play-in bubble, LeBron and AD were relatively healthy. If you are banking on a 40-year-old LeBron and Mr. Glass to replicate that, I would put money in the opposite direction. In fairness, they were on par with the rest of the top west teams, but Denver knows how to beat them. As a Wolves fan, I was worried about having to play them. Ham did not deserve to get fired, but that is how the game works.

 

Redick will formally interview for the job this weekend. Please, make this happen.

(A huge fan of JJ, btw, and could see him becoming a solid coach. But I love the Laker drama).
