Yes but he still had to read the blitz at the line and he changed the blocking assignment at the line and made the throw.

No it is not true that it had zero to do with the loss. I don't think it cost the Ravens the game but a PI on the interception and a defensive hold on the 3rd down it could have been different. I still would say if had come down to Mahomes needing a FG for the win he would have got it.

Has anyone ever seen a PI call when the ball is thrown into triple coverage? Chiefs had a great defensive game plan.

No not that I can recall the big thing I thought was the Flowers fumble at the goal line. That was huge.

Does the rulebook explicitly say that throwing into triple coverage prevents DPI from being called? No doubt it was a bad decision, but it was also an egregious no call.

I agree after seeing the replay it was PI, but like said earlier with his resume if Mahomes needed a FG he would have got it. If he needed a touchdown he would have got that as well.
