The Wildcats had a chance to win, but missed a FT with .3 seconds remaining in regulation. They trailed by just 2 points with a minute left in OT, but the Rockets closed it out with a 7-3 spurt.

Gallatin's win streak is halted at 12 and they stand at 16-3. On Thursday at 6:00 they play Eminence in All 'A' Regional action at Eminence.

Very hard fought game by both teams. I'm Very pleased with how the Cats played tonight.

What a game!! The Cats might have loss but it looked like to me Coach Jones and staff had a game plan to win and not just play close. The Cats played a little timid at times but by the end of the game I think they knew they belonged.

Most teams would have folded against a good team like Shelby when they fell behind in the second half by 7 or 8 but the Cats showed me that they were for real and full of heart. Good luck in the Class - A.

Great game Gallatin had it won and let it slip away in OT. They proved tonight they can play with and beat any team in the region. Guess I was wrong this time on my prognostication of Gallatin by 3 but I will make it agian if they meet in Henry. Good luck in the all A.

Anyone have any stats? As good a job as the cats did on Chambers he still had to have had a pretty good game.

Chambers had 25 and Cochran had 19.

Cochran saved Shelby in the second half. Chambers earned every point he got. He and Wade were the only two that Gallatin could not really match up with on paper. Gallatin kept Wade out of his range and caused several TO's when the double down on Chambers got there, but when it was late he scored.
