I like that he is a Trinity man, and that his two kids helped us, but for what he did for this community in making them fanatics about Cardinal football....it is almost Feburary, and everyone is talking about signing day, etc.....that's awesome.
January 19, 200719 yr I firmly feel that Jurich is one of the very best AD's in the entire nation, and he will be deemed as a legend by the time that his tenure in the 'Ville. Tom has never made a poor hire. One name stands at the top of the AD list... Jeremy Foley. Tom does a fine job, but IMO you can't argue with the guy that can hold both the basketball and football national titles at the same time. Simply awesome.

However, lets not forget a)his school is in a talent-rich state and b)Gainesville is a nice place to recruit from. No shot intended at our commonwealth or UL, but UL has neither A nor B.

Gainesville isn't the garden spot of Florida either. Foley is just flat out doing a better job than most.
