I would have kicked it.  South Oldham has left 4 points on the field.

Left points on the field and just let Wofo go 95 yards in about 45 seconds.

Right, they went from a chance to go up to down big right before half.

Jackets quickly get the ball back looking to add on here at the end of the half.

Ball at the SO 20.

:45 till halftime

WC speed the difference. Too fast for the Dragons.

Ball now inside the 10.

1st and goal at the 7.

Dragons hold Jackets to a field goal attempt. Kick is good.

Woodford has been big, physical, and bullish the last couple of years. They're lighter in the butt this season, but much quicker overall. The difference in speed has been very noticeable so far tonight.

#21 Woodfords starting qb for the start of the season is no longer with the program as of Noon today. Kids/parent decision.

Halftime

Woodford County 23

South Oldham 6

South with a fumble - the only TO of the game so far - and Woodford with a short field.   Results in a 25 yard FG.

Thanks for that. I've had the volume down at times. Thought it was Nason out there.

That's a tough break for Woodford.
