What is this based from?  Reason I ask is the rankings are all over the place. How were these percentages generated? 
 

Massey, Calpreps, KSR are similar.  I guess the thing we can agree on with all these ratings is that each class is more wide open than initially thought.

The strength of schedule plays big part in these especially since margin of victory is capped at 36 points. Most teams have some weak teams on their schedule so should mostly average out by end of season. Once get to 3rd round of playoffs, I'll take out teams on schedule with losing records and rating will be based on teams played with winning records which I think will be even more accurate.
