Have you watched the Netflix show Quarterback? It gave me an entirely different thought about the Vikes than I had before watching it.

They're hyped because of Joe Burrow.  If there is no Joe Burrow then they won't be hyped.  Meaning if there is no Joe Burrow then they won't be "overrated" because nobody will be expecting anything of them.
