Sowder was quoted in an article by LinkNKY's Evan Dennison in saying he wanted to keep as much of the current staff as he could.

A solid step 1 is retaining the staff that has won 10 straight district titles! Glad he doesn't seem to be coming in with the my way authoritarian approach.
