My brother was on the college ball (early 2000s) team but only playing special teams so he did the Body for Life Diet. He got shredded and could actually dunk the ball easily. My issue has always been picking and choosing what to eat together. If I like something I could eat the same thing every day no problem. How do you decide each meal what to eat?
