McCracken County 46 Mayfield 32 (1st Region Championship)

McCracken wobbled a bit there at the end of the season, but they were the best team in the region this year, and once Mayfield upset Murray, this felt like a done deal.

Seems like the Mustangs may finally be healthy. Hope they can go further in the State Tourney than Region 1 does typically.

Good draw first game. 2nd Round got easier since Evangel got upset. 2022 Murray made it to Elite 8 and lost to eventual runners up Warren Central. 2021 McCracken lost to Highlands (champion) in Elite 8 and played them closer than anyone.

Best of luck to the Mustangs!

Pray they have a shot at Semis!
