January 15, 200719 yr That's part of being a rookie, and having potential. Nobody said he was immediate impact. So all rookies can't shoot?????? His jumper/set shot is ugly and looks painful for him; if developing a jump shot was as easy as some make it out to be, Wayne Turner would still be an NBA point guard because he was the consumate PG, penetrate, pass, and play defense.

Wayne Turner played like one game in the NBA. :lol: Rondo already has him beat. I never said all rookies can't shoot, and I would absolutely love for you to find where I did. But every single rookie that came out this year has something they need to improve before they're a great player... EVERY ONE OF THEM! Point out any player, and I'm sure you can find some flaw in their game that needs some work. Rondo's jump shot is his problem. He's doing to be a nice NBA player... Maybe never a starter or star, but he's going to be fine. No reason to wish failure upon him.

I agree never a star or a starter. He is one of the most overrated players in UK history, plus he was selfish; hopefully, he will get past that.

January 16, 200719 yr I think Azubuike can be a nice NBA player. He would really be good if he could play with some good players. He can hit the 3, hes athletic enough to be a good defender and hes strong enough to finish inside from time to time.
