It's a story of two sides of the ball.  Raceland is definitely playing better defense then they are offense.  The defense looks prepared and playing well.  The offense looks out of the groove and passes are late, runs are stuttered.  

Of course, much of those problems are the result of Pikeville's defense.  The Panthers are playing quality defense and the offense is being stalled by the Raceland defense, just not as much as Raceland's offense is having problems.

Raceland has 23 picks on the season.  They are pretty decent at it.  

But, with the hold we will stay at 23 for now. 

 

I don't see Pikeville dominating this game so far. Big play score on the 85 yard TD. Raceland drives and kicks a field goal. Raceland driving again and fumble on about the Pikeville 25 with the fumble scoop and score for about 75 yards. Two big plays got Pikeville their points.

True, two huge plays are the majority of the difference at this point.  But Raceland's offense has to settle down and sustain a drive.
