January 9, 200719 yr For me, it would simply be they did all they could do for the season and should be rewarded with a top 5 finish. They were undefeated and won their bowl game.So Louisville shouldn't finish behind two loss teams, right? Or teams that didn't even win their division like LSU?
January 9, 200719 yr UF-The Mythical Champions had 8 teams play them within 13 points Boise-UNDEFEATED has the offense to play with anyone UL- A weak 2nd half and a offside penalty away USC-Talent but no excuse in Oregon OSU- Over rated but they can't be as bad as they played last night Wisc-Schedule was so weak nobody can tell LSU- Beating ND does not attone for 4th in the SEC
January 9, 200719 yr 1) LSU- yes, I really believe that. 2) Florida- I still don't think they were that great. I would take any of the recent champions over them. Great defensive game against THE Overrated State University, though. 3) USC- How? How do they lose to UCLA and Oregon State? 4) Louisville- Screwed in the polls by what happened the week AFTER the game. Pollsters are idiots. 5) THE Overrated State University- I really hope that catches on. 6) Boise State- They played the game they had to at the right time, but I don't think we should go crazy here... Remember when most of BGP didn't want to include them in a playoff?! and it's not just in football...
January 9, 200719 yr I believe Boise St had a really good team. But does anyone think they could have beat any of the top 5 teams? Oklahoma isnt that great in my mind and they beat them in Overtime.
January 9, 200719 yr So Louisville shouldn't finish behind two loss teams, right? Or teams that didn't even win their division like LSU? Not necessarily. Think at this time of the year, LSU has played to that level. Louisville is as close to getting into the top 5 as I could put them without putting them there. Not sure who I would dump out to put them there.
January 9, 200719 yr 1. Florida 2. LSU 3. USC 4. Ohio St. 5. Boise St. 6. Louisville I agree with you.
January 9, 200719 yr 1 - Florida 2 - USC 3 - LSU 4 - Boise State 5 - Louisville 21. Kentucky That is not unrealistic W32. :thumb:
January 9, 200719 yr Bama ahead of UK, Are you serious? I think the Crimson Tide is lucky they didnt play the Wildcats. I dont know if I can say the some in a couple of years. I think we are on the rise though, Yoter
January 9, 200719 yr For what it is worth, UK finished 32nd in the AP, 34th in Coaches Poll, 33rd in cbssportsline.com 119. Two schools in the top 35 in a basketball state. Pretty good if you ask me.
January 9, 200719 yr Why UL behind Boise? A. I think they'd beat UL, based on watching both. B. Boise went undefeated.
