Henderson County (3-1) at Paducah Tilghman (2-2)

Tilghman comes into this game reeling after 2 straight losses and with the schedule they play, this is a big one to get any kind of momentum before this thing begins to slip away from them. 

Henderson blanked the Tornado 22-0 last season. This year, their only loss is to perennial power Boyle County and Henderson gave themselves a chance in that one until late in the game. 

Henderson has been a very run heavy offense on the season so far. Tilghman is very stout against the run, so it does at least in theory, create a good matchup.

Will PT get anything going on offense this week, or much like last season, does the Tornado struggle again during a brutal stretch of their schedule?

Coming off of two crushing losses - for different reasons - Hendo is not a team you want in front of you. They're an ultra physical 6A school that wants to pound on you until your will evaporates. We're going to find out how much resolve Tilghman has left.

PT's strength of schedule has been impressive the last few weeks, but they need a win here to reap the benefits of the RPI.

Henderson will be a big test for PT. 21-7 Henderson County.

Tilghman at least needs to play them tough.

Yep. They can't come out and lay an egg. Even if they lose, and that very well may happen, they have to put it out there and compete at a high level.

For the season, the PT defense has allowed 434 yards on 147 carries,  allowing 2.95 yds per carry. 

Henderson County has rushed for 1079 yards on only 129 carries for a yards per carry average of 8.36. Henderson has 3 backs who average between 64-101 ypg. 

I know the Tilghman offense has to get going somehow, but this is the matchup I'm wanting to see most.
