Whew!!!!  Moreta!!????  23 innings pitched, he’s given up 9 hrs AND he’s still on the major league roster??????  How is that possible??

Says something about how we perceive "Major League.". The bar has dropped so low that we are forced to use guys named Moreta, Cessa, Hoffman, Strickland, and others.

While there are still many "Major League" players, and pitchers, the Major Leagues stopped being a championship caliber product back when expansion ran rampart, and the Major League product became diluted to the sad state the game is in today.

i see Strickland blew ANOTHER save, couldn’t hang on and win this one for him VOR, this bullpen HAS to be the worst in MLB!!

No viable closer option down there with Sims out for the year and Diaz hurt. When Diaz comes back, I say roll with him as closer. Get the young prospective closer experience.

I would agree with this 

Castillo pitches another gem, but doesn't get the win.

Another bogus walk-off win.  Doubt this guy (umpire) makes that call in game seven of the world series.

I heard him say post game that he doesn't have a good feel for his change up yet, even this far into the season, so he is throwing more fastballs and sliders.

That’s odd he would say that because until his last 4-5 starts he’d thrown his changeup 29% of the time, more than any other pitch

True. That's baseball. It is a game of streaks. In a coue more starts the changeup may become his top pitch again
