A lot of schools have completed spring practice, have finished a few practices or will be starting soon.  Would like to hear any reports on spring practices and how things are going. This is the time when coaches see what they have returning and what areas they need to work on when July practice starts. Feel free to post.

Simon Kenton started spring practices yesterday.

Who will be their qb this year?

I am interested to hear how things are going this off-season at the schools with new HC's....Mercer, Garrard, Lincoln, Lex Cath, etc. (just named those because it seemed their threads got the most traction)

I was talking to a parent who has a son playing at STX. He said because of the lack of availability of the football field because of other sports using it after school, they have had a few 90 minute practices at 6:00 AM before school and practices on Sunday afternoon.

Lacrosse season so between practice and games field time hard to come by then throw in a few track meets so have to get creative with practice schedule.

St. X spring game is listed on calendar as this Thursday from 3:00-5:00.

Bullitt East Spring game is tonight at 6:30.

I believe Garrard wrapped up their spring practice last week. Looked like good numbers, although several kids also play spring sports and couldn't participate.

Lincoln County just started theirs this Monday. I saw some comments about them having around 50 players participate.
