Broering said he sees Miller getting something like a 2 game suspension if anything. He also said XU's AD has served on the NCAA infractions committee so he knows this area well.

I have no idea other than hearing different accounts about money floating around. 

I'm going to guess that if the issues could be solved by a simple NIL rule that the FBI would not have been involved.
