Alot of UK fans were saying the same thing about both Stoops and Brooks at about the same point in their tenures at UK.  Had the Athletic Department listened to the fan base and fired either or both coaches at that point, UK football would be a decade behind where they are now.  Kinda the same if Michigan had listened to their fan base and dumped Harbaugh.

Not saying Satterfield is the right person for the job, just it is too early to know for sure.

Stoops was also recruiting better. With facilities UofL has, should be getting higher rated players not competing with non power 5 schools.

You're both right, IMO. 

Stoops has obviously worked out great for UK. But he's also pulling in higher quality recruits. The fact that Satterfield does not have a "QB of the future" on the roster is troubling at best. Couple that with a lack of size and you can see why a lot of Louisville fans are ready to move on.

If Satterfield gets fired, wouldn't bother me in the least. If he is back, I'll still support the team.

Likewise. I just don't see any way they fire him, unless they lay a total egg in the bowl game.
