Isaac Dixon is a bad dude and the Belfry run game has found their stride. Zayne Hatfield with a monster game as well and great contributions from Young and Braxton Hatfield against a game and very solid East Carter squad. 

Congrats to Belfry. Also congratulations to my Raiders on a great season!

EC fought valiantly but Belfry got enough stops in the first Half and just continued to play efficient football and  mixing body blows with big plays by Hatfield and Dixon.

Dixon goes over 200 yards with 4 TDs and added a couple huge plays on D that both ended EC drives.

There's a lot to feel good about in Grayson right now. Eleven wins, district and regional titles, wins over Ashland and Russell. Champlin is a very promising young coach.

As for Belfry, even in a "down year" they're still a threat to win it all. They hammer away at you until you break. Like ATL said, body blows. They dig to the body until you wilt from the pressure and drop your hands. Then they go upstairs with the knockout punch.

Congrats to Belfry that early season war of a scheduled has them ready. East Carter should be a much better program moving forward and congrats on a great season.
