I've confirmed this report.

I hate this for the kids this close to the season.

Tough time to leave; puts a lot of people in difficult spots. 

I would like to know the full story and I hope both sides will give us their truth.

If this is true, I really feel badly for the players in the Desales program.  The timing is really bad.

Yeah, strange timing but guess if starting football program have to hit the ground running since college recruiting year round.

According to Courier Journal article, Davis will stay on two more weeks and one of assistant coaches will be named interim coach and they will conduct search for replacement.

 

Sounds like a good opportunity, but what odd timing. 

I agree with the timing I’m assuming they are not starting the program until next fall or they wouldn’t be hiring a coach this late just seems like they could wait until season was completed.
