I don't follow high school baseball close enough to know, but when I look at that list of players the first thought that hit my mind is Northern Kentucky has the greatest group of baseball coaches anywhere and it isn't close.  To have the teams we have in Northern Kentucky with only 3 players listed means those coaches are unbelievable.

I believe this is voted on by the COACHES?

So if the NKY coaches didn’t vote for the kids they faced all year it’s on them. 
 

I realize the majority of posters here are located in the NKY area but I see this logic on All state teams in every sport.
