This is another rematch from last year. Kentucky Country Day win this matchup last year 36-22. Kentucky Country Day sits at 8-1 on the season with its lone loss coming to Bullitt East back on October 2nd. They haven’t really been challenged since then. Crittenden County sits at 7-2 on the season with its two losses to Caldwell County the first game of the season and Henderson County the last game of the season.

Crittenden County has used a very balanced attack this season. They are averaging 38 points per game and giving up just 13 points per game. Kentucky Country Day is leaning on a strong ground game about 75% percent of the time and the pass the other 25%. They are averaging close to 43 points per game and giving up just over 13 points per game. These teams seem closely matched by the numbers. Who wins this regional matchup? Does Kentucky Country Day win again? Does Crittenden County get revenge from last season?

Crittenden’s starting D is giving up around 9 pts game. Trigg put up 3 scores after the running clock and JV D was in. They’ve got a nasty front 7 and a very good secondary, with 16 interceptions on the season and 33 total takeaways. I believe they’re also averaging over 9 TFL a game as well.
