Somerset looks to sink the Ad's battleship

The Jumpers are backpedaling into the playoffs after dropping their last two regular season games, plus the uncertainty around the health of Kaiya Sheron. The Mr. Football candidate took a helmet to the knee against LCA, but finished the game. He sat out Somerset's loss to Corbin and his availability at this time is unknown.

Danville represents Somerset's last win, a 42-3 romp over a month ago. The Admirals took one on the chin that night, but rebounded to push top ranked LCA (minus some stars) to the brink and then defeated Raceland to close out the regular season. Caleb Burns was Danville's lone bright spot against the Jumpers on October 9th, rushing for 122 yards, while the rest of the team ran for -13 yards combined.

With a healthy Sheron, Somerset should have more than enough to set up a rematch with LCA. But if he's diminished in any way, or worse yet, unable to go, it drastically alters the complexion of this game.

If Sheron plays, Somerset runs the clock. If not, Somerset by single digits.

Too much for young Danville but Danville has progressed throughout the year.  Somerset is clearly better but next year could be interesting.
