What are some of your favorite high school logos?

Old or new. There are a lot of cool ones around the state.

I think sometimes a lot of teams tend to throw out the baby with the bathwater when they decide to re-brand, and they end up with a logo that isn't as cool as they had in the first place.

It may be blasphemy coming from a lifelong Colonel fan, but I really really like the Highlands Football angry bird.

Meade County is another school that has a pretty cool sport-specific mascot with their football team's Green Wave.

Hands down, my favorite logo anywhere in the state. You can't beat a tornado wearing boxing gloves, lol.

Crittenden County's logo has recently become a favorite of mine.

 

I'm also a fan of Greenup County's new logo. They've had several over the years.

You're attachments didn't work out.

Was that the new (top) or old (bottom) Crittenden County logo? They updated in the last couple-few years, and I still can't decide which I like better.

It was the top. I like the newer one slightly more.

This is off topic but I’ve got to visit that part of the state one of these days. It’s like it’s in another world from eastern Kentucky. I live 20 miles closer to Atlanta, Georgia than I do Fulton City (350 compared to 370 miles). I’ve never been to the most distant parts of western Kentucky in my 66 years. Bowling Green is as far as I’ve been.

You should go. I’ve been to Fulton County a couple of times and it’s nothing like your part of the state. You just feel so far away from everything!
