January 12, 20206 yr If he even attempted even a little to go forward on the snap to realize it could be clogged I would get what you are saying. He took off way to the right as soon as he got the snap before anything happened up front. Especially on 4th and inches not a yard but inches. Trying to run horizontal as soon as you get the snap on a called qb sneak just isn’t smart, and well considering it didn’t work kind of supports that. Which is why I was defending the play call. A qb sneak on 4th and inches is not a bad call. Who knows that maybe that is a type of play that they do practice, where he basically tries to run a sneak outside as soon as he gets the snap. I doubt it, but maybe they do. Can you see at home what a quarterback could see at the LOS from under center?

January 12, 20206 yr I think going for 2 and not getting it with the score 14-6 was one of the key plays of the game. When you are the favored team, you give the other team momentum when you don't get that. Kick the field goal to make it 14-9 and the pressure is on Tennessee.
