January 7, 20206 yr Author Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels was set to have a interview with the Giants on Wednesday.
January 7, 20206 yr Not even hiring a coordinator? Interesting. John Harbaugh was never more than a Special Teams Coordinator and position coach before becoming head coach of the Ravens. I'd love to sit in on some of these interviews.
January 7, 20206 yr No clue if it will work, but John Harbaugh was a ST coach as well and apparently Belichick felt Judge would be a HC in the NFL. Apparently he was offered the Miss St job but took the Giants job instead.

One argument I've seen made for interviewing more ST guys is they are the only coordinator that works with both offensive and defensive players.
