December 30, 20196 yr Famous Jameis became the QB 30/30 Club founder today. He already eclipsed 30 TDs going into today's game, but needed two INTs to set the benchmark. His second of the game came in OT for a game-losing pick-six. That particular pick-six was his seventh of the year, breaking the old record set by someone named Rudy Bukich and later tied by Peyton Manning (which I find hilarious). Winston passed for 5,109 yards, which is 8th most of all time. The last time a QB reached 30 INTs in a season was in 1988, when Vinny Testaverde gave it up 35 times, second-most in history in a season. Who's first? George Blanda, who was picked off 42 times in 1962. Stats are strange, and strangely fascinating.
December 30, 20196 yr Tampa Bay would be a perfect landing spot for Dalton. Talented guys to throw to, an offensive minded coach who always has QBs put up good numbers. Except he isn’t as turnover prone as Winston. Tampa would be a perfect spot for Dalton.
December 30, 20196 yr I watched the final play on Red Zone, I felt sorry for Jameis. And Dalton to Tampa would be great @swamprat
December 30, 20196 yr Jameis is only 25 years old. He has so much talent and potential. The problem is, can his issues can be fixed? Or will he be like Jay Cutler and never grow out of the mistakes. Dalton has little to no upside. Not sure who all is going to be a free agent, but given my choice between Dalton and Jameis, I go with Jameis.

He managed those 42 ints on only 418 attempts. You have to remember this was early AFL whose defense was apparently the forerunner of today's Big 12 defense.
December 30, 20196 yr Compare this season by Winston to Peyton Manning's season at age 25. Payton - 343/547 62.7% 4131 yards 26 TDs 23 INTs W-L 6-10 Jameis - 380/626 60.7% 5109 yards 33 TDs 30 INTs W-L 7-9
