The Tech place kicker going into today had never made a FG over 50 yards and was on 50% on FG’s over 40 yards.

Turnover that could be the difference. Elbow looks down not sure if it’s enough to overturn it.

That ball came out awful late for him to not be down. Hard to tell from the camera angles though.

 

Edit: last camera angle it does look like it was on it's way out as he was falling on his backside. Ruling on the field should stand.
