Who are the favorites?

IMO - Hard to tell. Depends on who plays. Some teams have frosh or underclassmen who play JV that they pull down for frosh tourney. If that happens, Cov Cah, Dixie and St. Henry in that order.

Is the bracket a random draw?

Does anyone have the JV regional? It should be starting soon too. If someone has it can we post it in a new thread and not hijack this one?

Correct, CovCath beat Conner 4-3 in 9 innings. Colin Gastright and Dave Sullivan pitched in the win, and Evan Myers threw out the would be winning run in the bottom of the 8th to Matthew Gerdes at home. In the 9th inning, Luke Lenhoff singled home Will Burke with the winning run.
