It would be a very close pick between the Henry Clay over Trinity and the Owensboro Catholic over Mercer. Both Trinity and Mercer would have to be overwhelming favorites at this point. Heck, I would like to see Mercer against the winner of Trinity at Henry Clay. That would be a good game.

I already pointed out three ranking systems that had Owensboro Catholic ranked above Corbin, so you can hardly call beating the Redhounds "giant-killing" ... but if it makes you feel better about yourself, go right ahead.

In our other discussion you discounted the Lit Ratings as being unreliable..now the AP ratings....

Side note, I do agree with you. If nothing else OC has painted themselves into the pictures of being the giants... from all indications on this site the 2003, 2004, and 2005 OC team was the greatest thing to happen to football since goalposts!
