I've seen both teams this season once. Both times late in the year. Based upon what I've seen, and the way each has played in the past couple of games...

Central 31

BG 30

Possibly the best game as far as matchup that we'll see this post season.

After seeing both play, why do you think this will be the outcome? Who were the opponents you watched them play?

T2P, I can't believe how negative you continue to be about a team in your own district that has advanced to the State Semi's. Instead of being happy for them and rooting them on, you just continue to make one disparaging comment after another about them and their program. One can't help but color your comments as nothing but envy.

#5 for Central, Huguely (sp?) is as good of a running back as I have seen all year. He was outstanding against Southwestern on a wet field. If this kid played for a high profile program (Male, St. X, or Trinity) then you'd be hearing a lot more of him.

He's a really good kid, and I look for big things from him at the next level.

I do see a lot of GREEN in his words.

As much as I love teams named Central that wear black and gold (or even yellow), I see BG's big game experience overcoming Central's home field advantage and athleticism. Good luck to both teams tonight, may both play their best game and the game be injury free!

I was in BG this week and they are dead serious about their football. Crystal ball says Central is happy to be there, BG happier to move on.... BG 24 Central 13

I met him during a Jr Achievement Class I taught @ Central. He was a quiet yet very driven young man.

I wish him and Central the best tonight.

BG has been a team set out to prove itself since their playoff exit last year. Nothing has upset their mission so far this year and I certainly don't see Cental doing it. The Purples by 21 plus points. This game will humble this years Central team.

Does anyone know what station is broadcasting this game from either BG or Central's broadcast?
