I guess you could say this game was won at the charity stripe.

WV doesn't want or need to get into a FT shooting contest with that season long accuracy barely above 60%. SK shot 83% from charity line for the game, not out of line with their excellent 78% season avg. I wasn't at the game, but stats say WV got to the line more than SK; did they miss many front ends?

Hensley and Lair are both 6'3 6'4 ish and phyiscal. I wish they both would have played football for SK.

I'll take 6'11" vs. 6'3"-6'4"ish all day.

Not when 6'3 pushes 6'11 around.

Yeah, you're right. I probably wouldn't give the ball to the 6'11" D1 signee on the block on a 6'3" guy because he's pushing him a little bit. I mean, he probably hasn't seen that strategy all year long.

What an awesome day.

How many minutes did Hensley actually play before fouling out ?

Not sure SK subs a lot.

Miles had a double double but IMO has more to offer ... just not sure WV knows how to use him.

Kind of a strong statement. I understand why you say that, but I think You need to be a little more specific. I recognize that whenever Miles touches the ball on offense, Good things happen for walton, but for some reason they will go several possessions in a row without giving him the ball. This does not mean he has to shoot everytime, but when he gets a touch it makes things happen for the team. There were times where he was wide open on the block with a defender behind him and the team shot a three instead of feeding him.

It’s hard to differentiate between the coach’s offensive schema and just kids making plays on the floor.
