Well thats the 8 teams. I'm not positive thats how the west breaks out or who is home in these four games.

Trigg will play at Owensboro Catholic. Could be one heck of a game.

What kind of offense does Larue run? I don't know alot about them.

Not sure about their offense, but I think I saw where somebody said they have a great defense. And will need it against that Mercer Powerhouse. But looks like they held a very good Western team pretty good.

In the east its looking like Russell/Belfry III. But neither opponents should be taken lightly. Corbin has an outstanding tradition and those kids and coaching staff know what it takes to win a big game on the road. Middlesboro is probably my sleeper team to win it all. Great leadership, great athletes and great coaching make them a dangerous team. As far as the west goes, it is, was and always has been Mercers to lose. I dont see it happpening next week which I think will set up a showdown with Owensboro Catholic, a team that knows a little bit about pulling the giant upset come playoff time.

They had enough speed to beat Washington County and then enough speed to beat Western, also. They might not be able to go toe-to-toe with Mercer County, but they should give them a good game.

Larue is right where they want to be. The under-rated underdog.

Hey, we were up only 15-0 at the half tonight. Newport was playing us tough. We forced them to go to the air and we got some picks and it snowballed for them thereafter. We have to bring it or we will get beat.

I heard that Wayne Co. beat Corbin???
