November 9, 200619 yr I just don't understand why people come into an NBA thread about going to games and say no I won't be going I hate it. Thats like me going to a figure skating thread for no reason and say I would never go.

I would definately be putting them on eBay Go see the Thrashers, they have started off hot this year. Who does? The USA. Newsflash..... There are a lot of NBA guys from out of the country. Every team that has beat the US has had NBA players on it. Also, if the US took their best 12 players they'd win. That will never happen again.
November 10, 200619 yr I still say the regular season is very boring to watch for the most part. I will say with alot of the new young players in the league that is has gotten somewhat better to watch, but its still not something that I would want to watch. I see all I need to see of the NBA every night on sportscenter. Now when it comes to the playoffs though then I start to actually watch it, because those games actually have some excitement and energy...

November 10, 200619 yr I've been to 3 NBA games...The first was a Bulls vs Mavericks preseason game in Lexington for some reason (Jordan did not play, he retired that year...like 94 95 or 96 was it?...go figure) I've been to 2 @ the Staples Center in LA Cali. But it was the Clippers playing the Celtics both times so it was like going to a grade school game or something. It's when Walker played for the Celtics.
November 10, 200619 yr I just bought 2 tickets to see the Heat at Pacers for Jan. 24 in Indy. Curious if you'd travel to Indy or Cleveland or some other venue to see an NBA game in person. A buddy of mine who lives in Louisville has season tix and I usually buy a couple games a year from him and take my son. It is a fun trip, the Pacers put on a very good show for the crowd. The seats are in the lower bowl too and there really isnt a bad seat in Conseco Fieldhouse.
