Texas A&M 74 LSU 72 (7 OT)

Not too often you see a guy called for targeting, after the ball arrived when the defensive player is coming from behind. That was pretty darn weak.

Not to mention he got ejected, has to miss the first half next week (what they said on TV), and had to be escorted off the playing field.

That all comes off like a rule with the best of intentions that almost looked abusive in this situation.

Yup, those happen sometimes. Still unfortunate. Rule should include an unsportsmanlike penalty clause. Refs can tell if its malicious or just a football play.

The kid that got ejected from UL on the Terry Wilson hit was CLEARLY MALICIOUS.

That kids lucky he's not injured after that play. But a guy making a football play that violates a rule meant to keep guys healthy.... it's a bit much.

That QB for A&M is a rising star.

I would have voted for the former Ohio State QB in this one, but I liked seeing the upset, this time.

Doesn't this belong in the basketball forum? :lol2:

I saw the score and thought it was a basketball score.
