November 7, 200619 yr I've got some better software now, and LA has a better team. I like the way you think. Im sure you can come up with something.:thumb:
November 10, 200619 yr Kobe isnt the only big name to change his number this year. Amare changed from 32 to 1 this year. Anybody know why that is?
November 10, 200619 yr Kobe also said this is the begining of his second half of his career. He wants to break the records he set with number 8. And i think he will! he's only 28. You think he will score 82 ?
November 10, 200619 yr Kobe isnt the only big name to change his number this year. Amare changed from 32 to 1 this year. Anybody know why that is? When Kobe does it, it's because he's selfish :creepy:
November 12, 200619 yr So the people with number 8 jerseys will buy another jersey. It's marketing at it's best. :thumb: You are 100% correct.
November 12, 200619 yr When Kobe does it, it's because he's selfish :creepy: What does that have to do with what I posted? I was asking about Amare?
November 12, 200619 yr My 2 cents...... Sentimental/Ego? Amare... I believe Amare changed his because he wants to be #1. Like the Nelly song "I am #1." More of an ego thing. Not to mention, Shaq constantly says Amare will take over for him, as the most dominant big man when he retires. Not to mention his nickname "STAT" (Standing Tall and Talented). Kobe... this is interesting... Sentimental? Bryant has said he wore 24 in high school, before switching to 33. The move to 24, he said, signals the beginning of the second leg of his career. Plus 33 is retired I believe in LA. So 24 it is. Revenge? Adidas is planning to re-release Bryant's first sneaker, the KB8, and rename it the Crazy 8. But Bryant now works for Nike. What will the number change do to the Crazy 8?
November 12, 200619 yr I think 24 is also the statute of limitations in terms of months that someone has to file a rape complaint in Colorado. Or maybe Kobe has a man-crush on Keifer Sutherland. hehe!
