Good win for LC tonight. I was a little suprised with the lack of fans that came with MC.[/quote

Talking about sparse crowds, I was watching the highlights on 27 and Danville at home had maybe 12 people watching the game. .................Great win for Lincoln CO .........The Pats offense controlled the 2nd half eating up the clock with a run game that convereted several big 3rd down plays.

Congrats to LC Coaches and the PLAYERS THAT 'GET-R-DONE'...........LETS GO BIRD HUNTIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:dancingpa :dancingpa :dancingpa :dancingpa :dancingpa :dancingpa :dancingpa :dancingpa :dancingpa :dancingpa :dancingpa :dancingpa

Modok what about that hit! Makes my head hurt to think about it,but I guess not as much as #5s. Can not wait to see it on tape.

Another great win Pats. Just keep on keeping on. You ahve a tough test next week, but you are more than up for the test. Roll on Patriots..;)

Good win LC....but I am confused....someone stated that Lincoln County's offense is the second best in 4A behind Male..but ahead of Trinity's....does this outcome change that?

I say yes.

As for being better than Male or T's offense, I don't know they are very different. Miller and Calhoun for Lincoln are both a lot like Phillips ( #5 ) for Trinity only bigger. They both hit the line of scrimmage harder than any backs I have seen all year.

Lincoln's offense runs the veer and counter option very, but they run the trap as well as any team I have seen in a long time. They are very good at jumping out on teams early with big plays and grinding out clock the rest of the game.

One question I have, Lincoln's offensive line goes down in a stance and forward on the snap of the ball in one motion. They are not set for one second, they aren't set at all. I thought this was illegal, but it wasn't called in two games I saw. If they had a crew of refs that called this then it could mess up thier rythm on offense.

Congrats to the Patriots... Looking ahead to some good football next Friday night!

Lincoln is a solid football team but no where near Trinity St. X or Male. Lincoln will win this week against Clark County but they will run into a buzz saw with Henry Clay.

I don't think anyone can be counted out-- ask Lafayette about Woodford!!! And I think there's a bunch of Cardinals who think differently about next week. Should be a good game . . . . .

Why in the world would you be concerned about such a thing as that? Ok if it makes you feel better Trinity's offense is better. Lord help if your were behind some poor rural public school. The folks at LC could care less about stuff like that, they just want to keep on winning.

I won't dissagree with you there but on Lafayette getting upset I hate to say it but they were due. They beat Bryan Station by 8, were losing to Dunbar in the 4th quarter, went to Overtime with Scott County, were losing by 10 to Woodford before the lightning delayed the game and played their best two games against Tates Creek and Henry Clay. Bottom line they won A LOT of close games and eventually if you don't pull away from somebody that somebody will beat you.

I think Lincoln Co. is due. They lost the first of the season and haven't lost since.. Also last meeting with the cardinals, GRC practically spotted them 21 points to start the game. Should be a great game.
